- Work with large quantities of data and develop meaningful analysis complete with “why” results occurred and providing recommendations for future action
- Develop queries/reports to retrieve and analyze data from various sources for projects, program, or reports
- Manage projects and oversee the creation of PERI financial reports and provide support and communication to EMT
- Performing complex data extractions and manipulations, which culminate in the design and production of analysis and reports for the EMT
- Maintain and develop PERI INDIA reporting systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze multiple data sources and deliver insights that drive business growth
- Formulate compelling business stories with data to drive understanding and clarity around current business situation, issues, and opportunities
- Performing data validation to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of analytic models
- Act as a liaison to work across departments to gather data and perform analysis
- Act as Key User for international standard PERI reporting tools
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and cost budgeting/forecasting
- Partner with the EMT to define technical data specifications and requirements
- Prepare executive summary reports and presents for the EMT
Desired profile of candidate :

- Understanding of PERI’s financial reporting (domestically and internationally)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail as well as analytical and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of PERI’s financial reporting requirements, structures and calculations
- Oral and written communication skills (including the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues)
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize short and long term goals
- Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and more advanced formulas
- Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented and data-driven mind-set
- Ability to work independently and in a small to mid-size team
- Familiarity with one or more tools for data analysis (e.g. DAX / Power Pivot, Pandas / Python, SQL, R, Stata)
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working in similar roles within the Business Intelligence/Strategic/Analytics arenas
- B. Tech + MBA
