Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Located on the coast of Colombo, Sri Lanka, ITC Colombo One Hotel and Residences is a new luxury development of 50 stories in the heart of the capital city. Drawing inspiration from the rich architectural history of Sri Lanka, the ITC Colombo One Hotel and Residences provides a contemporary luxury experience, while incorporating elements of local Sri Lankan architecture and vernacular practices.

 

 

Requirements

ICC (International construction consortium) was looking for fast and economical solution to meet their budget and construction schedule. It was a fast track project with timeline of 18 months. Client wanted to complete the project without compromising on safety, quality and time.

Customer's benefit

PERI provide complete solution for core wall, columns and shear wall to adhere project timelines and budget. Solution with system formwork carrying boom placer was provided for the first time in Sri Lanka. Boom Placer was attached with PERI ACS system, and ACS system was carrying 15 metric ton weight of boom placer without crane that saved huge time in lifting the boom placer separatly.
